According to the developer, Urban Lofts' corrugated steel exteriors are perfect for Las Vegas. Stucco can crack and loose its colour, brick totally retains heat where as metal reflects and as soon as the sun goes down, it's cool to the touch.
Painted more like cars than traditional homes the colours of these Las Vegas Lofts are surely going to turn heads. The intense blues, reds and other hues of the exteriors are baked onto sheet metal coated with a corrosion-resistant zinc-aluminum alloy, requiring little maintenance.
