Stanhi Las Vegas - High Rise Condos. Rising 45 stories and 500 feet, Stanhi will be the tallest building in the new Downtown Las Vegas and will feature commanding views of the entire Las Vegas Valley. December 2006 - Cherry Development started the VIP, pre-marketing release of its brand new residential high rise project in Downtown Las Vegas - Stanhi.

Location:

Stanhi Las Vegas is located downtown. It will sit between Soho Lofts and Newport Lofts, about a block to the north, off of Third St. and Gass; all three buildings creating the first true village in Downtown Las Vegas.

Floor Plans:

Units in Stanhi Las Vegas will range from 700-900 sq. ft. and be built out as 1 bedroom, 1 bath. The majority of floor plans also include a den that can be built out as a second enclosed room. Standard finishes will include floor-to-ceiling window walls, a stainless steel appliance package, granite countertops, European style cabinetry, kitchen islands, and tile or stone flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom standards will include a Japanese style soaking tub, glass enclosed shower and modern finishes. Popular options will include sliding room partitions, various wood flooring choices, complete furniture packages, and the ability to combine adjacent units to create larger living areas or additional bedrooms.

Stanhi Las Vegas will offer the most building amenities of any Cherry Development project, and will rival those of the finest boutique hotels and world class resorts. Valet and concierge service, 24 hour doorman, cool/dry storage for deliveries, 8th floor pool, Jacuzzi, spa-like facilities, work out room, business center, garden and pet areas, and 35th floor Zen garden observation deck, will all be included.

Deposit and Purchase Guidelines:

Purchasing Guidelines for Stanhi Las Vegas:

1. 10% reservation deposit payable to "TICOR TITLE." Reservation deposit is fully refundable until the Purchase Agreement has been signed.
2. You will then be given an optional five (5) business days to review the Condominium Document Packets for your purchase in Stanhi Las Vegas.
3. 5% deposit due at start of construction. (Estimated time: First Quarter 2007)

Reservation Requirements:

1. Buyer must complete and submit a loan Pre-Approval letter within 2 days
