Think about how valuable this property will be in a few years, being this close to Las Vegas Boulevard. A developer could build a lot of high rise condos in the future on 65 acres 2 blocks from Las Vegas Boulevard.
Right now I have a unit you can buy, and a leasing company will lease them back from you for 2 years from $3,500 - $4,200 a month depending on the unit. They will also pay your taxes and HOAs. Hurry, this will not last long. You must call me directly to get this deal. I also have a couple other places that will do the same.
