From Studios to Penthouses at Pre-Construction Prices, Club Renaissance is a Las Vegas Luxury Hi Rise condo project and is Vegas' Flagship Residential Condominium Tower.

This is a $300 million, 60-story, 705 foot-tall, 950 unit condominium tower including 11 floors of above-ground parking (totalling 1,400 spots) plus 20,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level. An additional 78,000 square feet of professional space is planned for the thirteenth and forteenth floors.

Pricing:

Condominium units will be offered at Club Renaissance ranging from 650 square feet to 4,000 square feet with prices from $149,000 to $900,000.

Construction Dates:

Club Renaissance has broken ground and is IN CONSTRUCTION! Completion is scheduled for 2007.

Location:

Club Renaissance is situated on a 1.5 acre site at the southwest corner of Casino Center Boulevard and Bonneville Avenue in downtown Las Vegas.
