Project City Center Las Vegas
A Mix-Use Las Vegas Development Project
Type:
NEWS UPDATE: The Boardwalk Hotel & Casino was recently demolished to make way for the MGM-Mirage's CityCenter Project.
City Center Las Vegas will be a city-within-the-city of Las Vegas, a place for people to live, work and play. Plans call for hotels, a casino, luxury condos, a retail area, hidden parking structures and complex rooftop gardens. With approximately 66 acres dedicated to the project, this is the largest and most expensive private development under way in the country.
It is estimated that $5 Billion will be used to build over 4,440 units at City Center Las Vegas. These units will have 5-star amenities and will be split between hotel-condos, residences, lofts, flats & brownstones. More than a dozen architects and designers are coming together for this project.
"Green technologies" are incorporated into plans to make City Center one of the world's largest environmentally sustainable urban communities. Plans include garden roofs, the use of reclaimed water and an on-site power plant.
Project City Center is spelled Project CityCenter.

The resort also includes:
