Adagio is auctioning the approximately 83 remaining units left. In order to be eligible to bid you must do the following.

1. Register (email, fax or in person, we can do any of them to register you.)

2. Pre Qualify with a lender ( Chris Miller- Wells Fargo-once you register you will be given a telephone number and reference number to quote him, so we can match you up with the registration). If you plan on paying cash.. we need verification of funds... a statement from your bank (recent) showing you have at least 100K in the bank

3. Show up on Auction Day- Feb 10th @ 1pm

 4. Bring a cashiers check/ money order/ certified funds for $5000 payable to you. (If you plan on paying cash you still need this)

5. A check book for balance of down payment.

6. Your state issued Photo ID

(At least 5% must be put down.. including the cashiers check. The first 5K will be certified and if you win you can sign over the cashiers check and you will go immediately into contract. The remainder of the 5% can be a personal check if you win.)

Now all winning auction will have a 5% auction fee added to the final sales price. You will be required to pay the 5% down, and sign a contract that day,  and close in 30 days.

Prices will start at 79K-119K- There will be a reserve price that will be accepted and you may not win if that price is not met. WE DO NOT KNOW THIS PRICE.. ONLY THE AUCTIONEER AND DEVELOPER KNOW WHAT EACH UNITS SPECIFIC PRICE WILL BE.

If you fail to do any of the listed items... and show up at the auction YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO BID!!!! YOU HAVE TO BE PRE REGISTERED AND PRE QUALIFIED AND BRING ID, A CASHIERS CHECK AND PERSONAL CHECK BOOK OR NO BIDDING CARD- NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!! 

If you would like to make an appointment we will be showing the units by appointment only!!! Please call and get on the list to see them prior to the day of auction. We still have several times available for you to preview the models... not actual units left but the models.

All units available are 2 & 3 bedrooms, with and without garages, 1 or 2 car, up or downstairs, premiem locations around are still available. Prices will start depending on where you are and what unit it is. This will be a traditional auction and either the units will be sold, or not sold depending on reserve prices being met. If the bid amount is within a certian %, again we dont know this amount, the developer have the right to sell or not to sell, but you will still go into contract that day if you with in with the reserve not being met. You will know when you win..IF YOU WIN if you met the reserve or not.
